Hi-ho, readereenos. By way of introducing an interesting post I read today over at ZenHabits, I think it’s about time I gave you all a brief overview of the current life situation of your kindly old Auntie Tild. (You know, that mildly odd person who’s been putting up stuff on this blog for the past [...]

More Blog Crate Labels
Here we go again, with the 2nd installment in our ongoing series of original crate label art for blogs…
First we have a label for The Curmudgeon over at the Pubhouse Dialogues. True to his ornery nature, the Curmudgeon’s crate label advertises produce known for its astringence, bitterness and complexity. You probably don’t know what they [...]
Now Do This: the Joy of Single-tasking
I hate to-do lists. I make them, and I even finish them sometimes, but usually it’s only a few minutes before my focus wanders off into the unknown and doesn’t return for hours, or days, and the whole thing ends up being yet another pointless exercise in FAIL. What to do?

Lesser known brands

2. Actually I call him “Disco Stoo“, but that’ll have to wait [...]
Some pictures, not too much text
Hi-ho kids. Oooh, what are the odds? It’s an actual blogpost by everyone’s favorite Auntie Tild!
I’ve been on vacation since July 4th, enjoying the longest uninterrupted stretch of days away from work that I’ve had in…probably 3 years.
My initial plan for at least part of this week was to go up to the Valley for [...]
Jesse Helms in Heaven: A (Very Rude) Fantasia
From the feverish imagination of the Rude One:
Jesse Helms in Heaven (A Fantasia)
Frankly, he was as surprised as anyone that he ended up in heaven. Jesse Helms had been sure that all the Christ-loving in the world wouldn’t undo the harm that he knew he had done: his support for El Salvadoran death squad [...]
another Droste effect crate label
Ooh. Nice one, isn’t it? Added to my previous discoveries, this makes five crate labels I’ve found that exhibit the Droste effect. In my world this constitutes a major cause for celebration!
