Everything you said about health care is basically what I was thinking as I drove home today. What a scandal that corporations have done this to our country. My dad got sick in Scotland once. He received wonderful excellent care, and nary a bill.
Oh thank you. I thought I was being too, …well, literal. The Rude Pundit said Glenn Beck looks like “the Pillsbury Doughboy of Doom” so I picture him as exactly that. EXACTLY that! I feel like a very boring person sometimes. *sigh*
I cringe to admit this, but I work for one of the biggest healthcare insurance companies in the US. Healthcare reform –REAL healthcare reform –could alter the company I work for so much I’d be out of a job. But if that happened would I mind? Mind? Hell, I’d be dancing in the streets!
Growing up with 7 sisters — I knew first hand… most women had gusto! And you are the top! Not to mention — them recipes sure to make me hungry… think I’ve got to head out to the deli — pronto. Thanks for confirming … that their still some ‘authentic’ women out there!
Congratulations. Been there done that. My youngest (of 3) will turn 21 this summer.
And you survived! Glad to hear it. It means there’s hope for me — still have nearly 2 more years to go until my youngest turns 21.
