I remember when we were in Seattle in 2006 we looked for Ballard (because we used to watch Almost Live on our local PBS station, and according to the AL crew, Ballard is a hotbed of old Scandies). Turned out that Ballard was pretty much indistinguishable from parts of South Minneapolis. Uff da!
